I have a room that will be available in October having recently had my previous flatmate of 18 months leave to go travelling.
I'm looking for someone that I would get on well and could hang out with occasionally. I'm certainly not looking for a stranger. I like to live a pretty active and outgoing lifestyle (going out, travel, sports etc....) but need home to be home. So I wouldn't be looking for anyone who wants a party base.
I'm a big sports and comedy fan so will often have one or the other on the tv.
The room is 3. 2m x 3. 7m with a pretty decent city view. I have my own en-suite so you would mostly have free-use of the main bathroom (although not exclusively if guests come over etc).
