We live in a very central area, walking distance to Manchester's City Centre, Manchester University, & MMU. Good links to trains & trams (Cornbrook is the closest) close to the Lowry, Manchester United Football / L Cricket Grounds, Salford Quays, Media City and the City of Salford.
We are a bus ride away from Manchester City's Ground, the Trafford centre and Manchester Airport.
You will have both space and privacy, (we are a quiet couple) the whole house is available to you. Tv (BT package) available downstairs, free view in the room plus BT infinity broadband available. Nothing else to be worried about as all household bills are included.
There is a new double bed, shared bathroom, the house also has a downstairs toilet.
There is ample parking outside, we can also store a bike if required. Please note this is available for Monday - Friday only. However if you are staying for approx 6 weeks weekends can be negotiated at a small extra cost.
