** The Flat ** Furnished double room available in a lovely flat in Salford (Trinity Riverside). It's a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city centre or Spinningfields. Available beginning of August as current flatmate is moving away. The flat consists of 2 double rooms, spare box room which is used as a laundry/guest room, living/dining room (with Juliette balcony) , kitchen and bathroom. The pictures really don't do the flat justice so a visit would be advised! There is also a parking space which I don't use so this would be yours.

** Bills ** Rent for the room is £275 and bills work out at about £150 a month. Deposit of 1 month's rent also required.

** Ideal Flatmate ** Either male or female flatmate, ideally aged between 25 - 35. Would like somebody who is considerate and tidy.

** About Me ** I'm a 28 year old female, I work full time Monday - Friday. I sometimes have friends round at the flat although I'm not a complete party animal!
