The room is available from October 2023, for eight months initially.

The renter will have almost exclusive use of the house as we will be staying elsewhere during the great majority of this time.

The room would suit a single person and would be ideal for someone working at Media City as this is 5-10 minutes walk away.

The house has a lovely garden and a great view of the water.

It also has a 24 foot lounge and a good size kitchen.

The house is five minutes walk to the tram stop, making it a twenty minute trip to Manchester city centre.

The rent includes council tax and broadband but the renter will be expected to pay a fair share of the Utilities (Gas & Electricity). This comes to about £100 per month.
