Double room for rent in Salford

We have a big double room available to rent in a 3 bed terraced house share. Rent is £325 a month including all bills (bargain!).

The house is on a quiet road, about 5 minute walk from the Weaste and Langworthy tram stops. The tram journey is about 25 minutes or if you fancy walking Deansgate is only 45 minutes away. Also, it is a 20 minute walk to Salford Quays.

The room is fully furnished with 2 wardrobes, bedside tables, a dressing table, and a large bed. The decoration is a bit dated but the price is so cheap it should more than make up for that ;)! There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet, a big yard and we have access to a landscaped alley way (pictures to come).

There's on-street parking outside the house and the street is a dead end so it is very safe.

There are a lot of local shops, a Tesco Extra, Morrisons, post office and Eccles town centre close by. Buile Hill Park is also just over the road.

I'm a 30 year old girl and he is a 27 year old gay guy. I work for a fashion company and he works for a legal team. We are both sociable and are looking for a third housemate who is interesting and easy to get along with.

Ideally we would like somebody in full time work, preferably a red wine drinker ;) and if you're clean and tidy that's a bonus!

I'm afraid there are no pets and the room is for single occupancy.
