We are both theatre professionals looking to rent out our spare double bedroom in a very cosy and comfortable 2nd floor flat. We are within a 5 minute walk to Ladywell Tram Station on the Eccles line, being 10mins to Media City/Salford Quays and 25mins to Manchester City Centre. We are also a 10min drive from the Trafford Centre.
The room is very spacious, comprising of a queen size bed, large wardrobe with mirror and use of chest of drawers.
We have great wifi and a lovely living room that we are happy to share. We also have a medium sized kitchen and a separate dining room for extra privacy if necessary.
We live in a quiet and calm area which is perfect for any other working professionals.
