We have a double, comfortable room in our big house in Salford - very near the University and Salford Crescent train station. Also very convenient for Media City, Salford Quays, Manchester city centre and universities. It is available 7 days a week; for Monday to Friday; for short term and long term lets.

The room is perfect for a student at Salford university or a professional person who wants somewhere quiet to live.

I live here with 19 year old Gigi and 2 cats, plus two lodgers who are here on a short term let. We have a lot of space and a big garden.

This room is available immediately. I can show you round in the evening this week on Monday or Friday; first thing on Friday morning as well as Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. The room is furnished, light, bright, quiet and nicely decorated. The bed is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a desk / study area. It is a tall house, so there are lots of stairs! You can also use our lovely new kitchen, the sitting room; dining room; utility room in basement, garden. We have wifi. On road parking.

I also have a very large double bedroom which is suitable for a couple - ideally for FEMALES preferred. This is currently let and will be available at the end of February. This room is £550 per month as it is so big.
