Room To Rent In Brand New Home - Bills Included

Hi,

My brother & I have recently bought & moved in to a 3-bed, brand new build in Salford (Pendleton One Development).

We are looking for a professional tenant to rent the third furnished bedroom, please see the above link & attached photos for info on the house itself.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table & a 4ft double bed. The rest of the house is looking slightly bare at the moment, but I'm sure a 3rd person's input wouldn't go amiss if you would like to add any ideas!

So, a little about us, I am a professional working in Spinningfields, and find it OK to walk to work from home - This generally takes just over 30 mins, however Langworthy Metrolink stop is just a few minutes walk, and there are regular buses.

I am currently living at the property alone, as my brother is awaiting a job opportunity before he can move up to fill the second bedroom.

We're looking to rent the third room for £375pm, which is inclusive of all bills (Council Tax, electric, Sky TV (with sports) + Broadband etc.)
