Spacious, well kept flat near the city centre

I have a double room for rent in a two bedroom flat.

The flat is a half hour walk from Piccadilly Gardens and there is a bus stop right outside the flat and a tram stop 100-200 metres away, both of which have a service every ten minutes. A taxi back costs £7-10 or £5 with Uber (I have a sign up code that will give you £10 free credit if you don't have Uber)

The room itself is a decent size and comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a bedside table also with a chest of drawers.

The flat is pretty spacious and contains everything one would need including pans, cutlery and crockery. It also includes the use of my herb garden in the window box on the back balcony.

The room comes with free parking in the well lit and secure car park. There is also the secure courtyard garden which is perfect for summer BBQs and drinks.

I am a 29 year old, good natured teacher. I enjoy cooking, the British countryside and several sports. I'm looking for a professional, tidy flatmate.
