housemate for spacious double room in 3 bedroom semi detached property in the Kersal/Salford Area. Close to salford sports village and just down the road from Salford Uni student village/castle Irwell.
Great connections to transport links into the city cent which is a 15 minute bus journey and Salford Shopping City is only a 5 min bus trip.
-About us-
You’d be living with 2 male professionals in their 30’s who are friendly and sociable. Please note the rent is does not include bill and we'd estimate 100-110 month for bills/fiber optic broadband and sky TV package. The room is available and we hope to fill it in the next few weeks. Student/Professionals of either sex welcome, please no couples.
