I'm currently looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my house, located within the Chimney Pot Park development in Salford. The house is upside down house with all bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, so ideal for someone looking for something that little bit different.

The house is located close to most supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl and Aldi) with Lidl located literally about 20 steps from the front door, as well as near to Salford Shopping City and The University of Salford. The house is located near to local bus routes and a 5-10 minute walk to the Langworthy Tram Stop!

The house itself includes is modern with fitted wardrobes to each of the bedrooms (allowing the storage needed in a compact house), memory foam mattresses to each room, and all kitchen essentials. Most houses within the development look very samey, so I have tried to put a personal stamp on it!

This house does have a shared bathroom with ample storage and a sunken bath!

I'm Bethany and I've lived in the property for almost a year, I currently work at a Media Agency in town in their Display Department so I am out Monday - Friday 9-6 - ideally looking for someone similar.

I enjoy cooking, shopping and generally socialising with my friends. I do enjoy going out at the weekend with my friends (which of course as a housemate you are more than welcome to join in) as well as just popping for a quiet drink and catch up with friends at the beautiful Quays! The neighbours at Chimney Pot Park are lovely, with the neighbours over the road usually checking to make sure I'm ok taking on my 'Salford Mother' Role!

I'm ideally looking for a housemate who is all of the above like me! Happy to live with both males and females, although the bedroom on offer is a very girly furnished room *pink wallpaper warning*. Would be nice to work similar patterns then possibly cooking together in the evening rather than rarely seeing each other and feeling like we are under each other’s feet (sociable yet respects others space)!
