Female flatmate wanted for modern flat close to Castlefield and city centre!

Hi,

I am currently renting a gorgeous flat on the River Irwell very close to Castlefield and only a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me on the lease which currently lasts until August 2015.

I am a professional working in Spinningfields in recruitment.
I am not a party animal so if you are this is not the flat for you lol.
Don't get me wrong I have a great sense of humour and like a nice bottle of wine or cheeky cocktail and a good dance at the weekends I'm just past the student lifestyle!
I enjoy cosy film nights, eating out, going to the gym, socialising, shopping, holidays and generally having a laugh.

I am looking for a flatmate to become a friend, have a good chat with and occasionally socialise with.

The flatmate must be a non smoker! Also a professional, mature, clean, tidy, respectful, sociable and up for a laugh.

The room:
There is one double bedroom available (pictured). There is a double bed, two bedside cabinets and a 3 door wardrobe. There is also a wooden table in the corner.

I have the master bedroom with an ensuite so the guest bathroom would pretty much be your own.

The flat:
The flat has two bedrooms and has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area with TV, freeview box which records, electric cooker, fridge freezer and has been made cosy and homely by me.
There is a hallway with a cupboard to a washing machine.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and is nice and quiet with a juliette balcony and double doors.
The complex is gated and secured with fob access.
5 minutes walk away there is a McDonalds and KFC then just across the next road there is a huge retail park with a Sainsburys, 2 petrol stations, Argos, TKmaxx, Boots, Home Bargains and Poundstretcher.

Rent is àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £500pcm including all bills (electric, water, council tax and broadband.)

There would also be a àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £400 deposit and a àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £200 admin fee to the letting agent to sign the lease.

There is one car parking space which I occupy but there is off road parking on the street. There may be the facility to rent an additional space by asking the concierge.
