Hi,

I have a great, spacious en-suite double room available to rent pretty much immediately in MediaCity/Salford Quays. There's the usual appliances, a brand new washing machine and a nice large balcony! The flat is laminated through out and is in great condition!

The property is a new block of flats (Pioneer House), 1min walk from Tescos, around 3 mins walk to the Salford Quays tram stop, and 10 mins walk to the BBC. Ideally suited to someone working in the MediaCity area.

I'm looking for a professional, or a mature student. Male or female to ideally rent for 6 months+

About me: I'm 32 male, laid back male. Love sports (do a lot of running/swimming/triathlons), dancing, reading and travelling. Enjoy the odd night out from time to time :)

I’ve previously worked at the BBC and run a small startup in Manchester city now. I travel a lot so you’ll have the flat your self quite often
