Looking For A Wonderful Third Flatmate

We are two young professionals, working in central Manchester. We are very social, friendly and welcoming and looking for a similar house mate. We love to go out and have fun just as much as staying in with food, films and bad TV.

The house has all the mod cons, decent internet, is newly built and freshly furnished. The room available is a decent size with a double bed and shared bathroom. One of us has en suite, so you'll only be sharing with one person!

Kitchen and open plan living room is nicely spacious and very comfortable.

The area is good, one minute from a huge sainsburys, ten minutes walk from town (spinningfields) and only 5 minutes walk down the canal to castlefields where you will find absolutely great bars such as the wharf, barca and dukes.

Males and females welcome, viewing times flexible but preferably around 6pm weekdays.
