2 double rooms available in a spacious, well furnished, well located, reasonably priced town house in Prestwich.

The house consists of a dining room, large kitchen and downstairs toilet on the ground floor, a large living space, studio and small bathroom on the middle floor and three bedrooms and family sized bathroom on the top floor. Also has a large attic for storage. All fully furnished to a high standard, homely feel and well kept. Close to main roads into manchester and good bus routes, also close to supermarkets and convince nice shops. Very nice (and leafy) area.

I currently live in the house and you would be sharing with me...
About me; 27, primary school teacher, laid back, big interest in music, plays instruments (at a reasonable hour), social, considerate, fairly tidy and friendly. Settled in the house and would like to live with laid back, similar minded people.

If you did decide to take the rooms it would involve signing a new contract and an agency fee of £125 on top of the deposit (sorry about this I have no control over it, I will have to pay too).

As the house is such a high standard... The landlord is quite insistent about being a professional, preferably with a permanent contract.
