Large double ensuite room available now with parking

I have a large furnished ensuite room available to rent from now for a minimum of 3months. Shorter term lets will be considered but would prefer a 3month minimum and the maximum is flexible for as long as I live here and we get along just fine :)
The room consists of double bed , double wardrobes , chest of drawers, small TV , sofa , blinds and curtains. Ensuite shower room.
I have sky TV in the living room and wifi is available throughout. There is a large balcony overlooking the river and one of the main reasons I love it here as it's lovely and peaceful and not overlooked.
I'm ideally looking for a single female , professional and responsible to share this apartment with me which Iv made my home. Also would like someone who is very clean and tidy .. I'm no OCD freak but I like the place clean and tidy as on occasions I work from home or may have a friend over.
All bills are included in the rent and I need to find someone who will ensure this is paid on time every month with no delays.
The apartment is located about a 5min walk from castlefield and a further 10min to spinning fields. It is close to the regent road retail park where there is a sainsburys and various other shops. There is a secure private car park.
