The lounge area easily accommodates 2 sofas and still leaves the living area feeling uncluttered. Lounge also has a TV stand with 42 inch TV, coffee table and dining table and 4 chairs.

The room on offer features a floor to ceiling window, double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table whilst allowing space for an additional chest of drawers / wardrobe if you wish to bring one in.

The apartment is located in the Quay 5 Development just off Regent Road and is just a 15-minute walk from Exchange Quay Metrolink station. I work in the city centre and it takes me approximately 20 minutues to walk in the morning. There is on street parking right in front of the building if required.

The rent includes Sky Broadband and a full sky TV package as well as electricity and water. I work 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday with a few weekends sprinkled in here and there.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is easy going like myself and respectful of my space and my belongings. I am not a neat-freak but I like to keep the place tidy and would expect any potential flatmate to do so as well.
