£73. 50 per week - rent includes all utility bills as well as internet and tv licence.
No deposit required, although an initial rent will need to be paid in advance via my estate agent Kexgill (this money is then deducted from your overall rent for the year).
I currently live with two other girls who are very friendly, however looking to move out with my friend from home who has recently relocated to Manchester.
