Single room to rent in Salford!

Looking for a housemate to my spare room. It's a very spacious house and suitable for clean, quiet and respectful young professional or any full time employed person. The place is ideal for someone who loves to have their own space and privacy but is also social enough to live in a houseshare. I absolutely love this place as its been recently refurbished and very quiet neighborhood.

Bit about myself. I am 24y. o Estonian. Have been living in Manchester almost 8 months now. I have been travelling quite a lot and am very open-minded. I like people who are open and honest about themselves and also mature enough to respect your housemate. Lucikly there's only me you need to handle. I personally prefer smaller houseshare as I am very clean and tidy person, therefore living in a big houseshare has always been a pain for me.

The room available is single bedroom but has quite a lot of space. You will have all the amenities (inc. bedding, sheets etc) if needed. I don't mind you having people over if you wish to but no house parties. I also have a big livingroom, dining room (I use it as a storage room lol) and kitchen. The bills NOT included to the rent will be the council tax (about £40/a month) and gas/electricity (probably around £40/a month). The Internet and water are included to the rent. The house is about 2 miles from Manchester city center. We have good bus connection here and always possibility to walk. It takes me 30 minutes to get to work from home by foot (I work in Deansgate).
