I have a room available to rent on the popular Chimney Pot Park development in Salford.

The room is a good sized double and there is plenty of storage space.

The house is really quirky (upside down living), is decorated very modern, lots of white. I keep it nice and clean and want it to stay that way so no messy people please.

Kitchen is great for cooking in, has a breakfast bar and it leads out onto the terrace which is great in the Summer.

The room itself is fully furnished, comprising of a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I have just decorated the room so it is ready for someone to feel at home in. I'll get these pics up when I get a minute.

Property is a short distance away from Langworthy tram stop, which will take you into the city centre in a short time. So ideal for city professionals. There is plenty of free on road parking available outside of the property too if that is a requirement.

I work long hours but I am looking for someone to move in that is going to be sociable and I can enjoy a drink with now and then. Would be good to get into town now and then to make the most of city life. Cleanliness is of the upmost importance.
Equally happy to share with a male/female.

Room is going to be available from the 1st October, I'm in no huge rush to get someone in and would rather wait for the right person.
