Hi there! We have a happy, friendly, sunny house. Great for someone new to the area.

It's a really nice terraced house that is close to the university, & Hospital, & BBC, ITV - Media City and has easy transport links everywhere, especially to Salford Quays, Salford Uni, Manchester City Centre,& Salford Royal Hospital.

We're just a couple of minutes walk from the local shops including a 24 hour Tesco, which is really handy.

There is a bedroom soon to be free, it's very good value for money . It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves, and a bright window.

The house is best for someone new to area, looking to stay somewhere really friendly and homely!

The rent which covers all bills, electricity, gas, water, TV licence and council tax.

There is Fast Wi-Fi!.

There is ample car parking. There is a pretty patio area to sit in the summer.

-Tram (Metro Link)/train station is 10 min walk

-Salford Media City/ BBC northern headquarters in Salford Quays is Easy to walk to, or 10mins by Metro Link, or 6 mins drive.!!

-Manchester City Centre 18 mins by bus, or 8 min drive.!

-Several supermarkets to choose from!

-Beautiful park at the end of the road, one minutes walk away.

-Salford Quays, trendy bars, plenty local amenities within 10 minutes.

Currently living in our friendly house, three female professionals, one who works at the BBC. It's relaxed and clean. We are looking for a friendly student or professional. A non-smoker. Somebody who mixes well with others and easy to get on with.
