Room 6 is a large double room (almost a bedsit) and have recently been decorated at the beginning of August.

Room 6 is on the ground floor and have a double bed, wardrobes, a desk and a sofa with room to spare

The house is friendly and sociable but not a party house for students.

You must be able to show you are working/proper student and can afford the rent as well as a reference (usually work/parent). The rent shown above is for a single person, it is £45 extra per month for a couple. This is because running costs are higher for two in my experience.

These rooms would suit someone looking to live near to Salford Royal, Media City or Salford Quays. Access to the motorway network is minutes away as is the tram and two good bus routes into Manchester centre.

Monthly standing order in advance (pro rata for mid month) preferred, I will take weekly payments but need to take 4 weeks in advance. In addition I charge an application fee of £125 (£150 for a couple) for, reference and financial checks, fitting locks, cleaning your room etc... ONLY if you want the room - doesn't cost to look.

New mattresses can be provided for a one off charge of £135.

These are great rooms I am a landlord who has lived in communal houses so I know how it works and am very fair - all I ask is the same.
