Looking for one more person to share. There is currently two housemates:

A professional Female aged 40 & a 29 year female (friends) clean & tidy, friendly, trustworthy and would like to share with the same.

One nicely & bright, newly decorated, furnished double rooms available in a fully furnished town-house set in a quiet relaxing square away from the main road. Off road car parking is available.

The ground floor is huge with an open plan sitting room & a lovely large dining area: there is a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons leading onto a generously sized garden area that gets the sun & is great for BBQs in the summer.

Travel

The house is 2 mins from the railway station and all buses to Manchester City Centre is a 5-minute walk away. It's across the road from Salford Uni. & 15 mins from Salford Royal Hospital.

A bus to Salford Quays (every 15 minutes) Bus stop opposite Salford Crescent Rail station Number 9)

Broadband internet is not included in the utility bill (£13.33 pm) the internet is mega fast over 150 MBPS!

Local shops are a walk away (including new Co-op & Aldi supermarkets etc.) & there's a cheap fruit & veg market 3 times a week.
