The apartment itself is a bright and spacious, 4th (top) floor, corner aspect property with a very large wraparound balcony offering fantastic views. The central location offers excellent transport links and therefore is ideal for someone working in the city centre. Furthermore, it offers ease of motorway access.
I'm a live-in landlord (using the second bedroom) looking for a clean, tidy and responsible lodger. References and £350 as deposit are required.
