I'm looking for a flatmate! I've got a double room available. Room has fitted wardrobes for lots of clothes! You would have your own full bathroom. One car park space available. Price includes rent, normal bills and broadband. Its a short walk to the Metrolink and Sale Town Centre and handy for the motorways.
The apartment block is pretty quiet and even though on a main road its pretty quiet.
I'm looking for male or female I don't mind for a short lease or a 6 month lease to start with. Don't mind smokers but I don't smoke in the flat.
Ideally looking for someone easy going! No pets unfortunately the building doesn't allow them!
