Double furnished bedroom

Howdy! I have a double room overlooking fields to rent in an end terrace in a quiet street in the suburb of sale. Sale is a popular commuter town, it's not as bustling as chorlton or didsbury but there are a few ok restaurants and pubs and it has a tram stop and good access to bus and motorway links. I work in the city centre for the fire service and at best it takes 25/30 min at worst an hour, or 20 mins on the tram. The room has a double divan, tall drawer unit and wardrobe, the kitchen has recently been redone and next on the list is the bathroom although it is clean and totally usable as it is just a little dated. Looking for a friendly lodger who might fancy a few drinks from time to time but isn't a complete party animal as I struggle to get up in the morning at the best of times! Ample parking in a car park next to the house and fields and a brook surrounding... I have a 7 yr old pug called Rosie, she's super friendly so dog lovers only please! The house also has an ok sized garden and outhouse for additional storage. Bit about myself... Am chatty, down to earth and like to cook. Enjoy live music, wine bars, indie clubs and meeting up with friends and family. At home I live a fairly chilled out existence.
