Double bedroom at rear of property, located within 5mins walk from Dane Road Metro Station and 10mins from Sale town centre and Sale metro station. Just 20mins to manchester city centre.

The property is a Victorian terrace, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is one additional double room occupied by a young professional couple. The house comprises of a downstairs living room and kitchen/dining room with small outside patio. 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Although it is a narrow road it is possible to find parking on the street.

The rent will include all bills and broadband internet access. A deposit of one months rent will be required.

Current occupants are both in their late 20's, easy going and are out most of the week during the day. We will obviously allocate storage cupboards and fridge / freezer space for you and there is a communal washer.
