Situated in a quiet nook, but minutes from the M60, town, the canal and Sale tram stop. This place is ideal for someone who wants to come home to somewhere tranquil, but appreciates amenities on their doorstep.

The flat is a ground floor property with gardens front and back. It consists of the standard lounge, kitchen, shower room and 2 bedrooms. There is permit parking at the front of the property. The room available is fully furnished and recently decorated. There is broadband, but as I don't watch much TV I only have free view. (Should you wish to have sky etc you are welcome to pay for it).

I am a busy professional with an active social life so you will not find me in permanent residence on the sofa at night. Even so, I would like to think whoever I shared a home with could become a friend and would also enjoy socialising. If you are the type of person who wishes to isolate themselves in their room this would not work.

I am looking for a professional flatmate. Monday to Friday lets would be considered for the right person. Also I would accomodate certain clean pets for the right tenant.
