My current housemate has decided to move on so I'm on the look for another housemate to rent the spare room. The room from the 11th August. So what I am looking for in the ideal housemate someone is close to my age (although this is not crucial). Also preferably a non smoker. It would be great if from time to time my new housemate and I could socialise together whether that's watching telly or having a drink in Sale/Manchester.
The property is over 4 floors with a converted cellar and loft.
The property has also sky tv and broadband. From the 6th August I am having fibre optic broadband installed.
The property is a 10 minute walk to Sale town centre and metrolink. Also 2 minutes from the M60 and a short drive to Trafford Centre.
