2 Double bedrooms, close to city center,

We are a group of practicing and working musicians. This house will either be perfect and a great opportunity for someone or a complete nuance.
There is always music around this house, a song written/composer on the top floor with a studio set up, an opera singer on the middle floor, with practice room off the landing and a drummer on the ground floor with an electric drum kit set up. We are all friendly, mature individuals, and are looking for people that think they would enjoy this environment.
So a little about the house, it's a 3 story Victorian house with period features. The main feature of the house is a beautiful walk-through living and dining area with stained glass bay windows and window seat, ornamental sofas and fire place. There is a sizable back garden with seating area and lawn. The bedrooms are up for discussion, people are willing to move but all rooms have high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
Our ideal housemates would enjoy the atmosphere of the house, we enjoy socializing, playing music, spending time in the garden, going to the pub but we are still very driven hardworking people. So we are looking for people that would enjoy doing these things too, we like to spend time together not just living together and someone who thinks they can get along with all of this and possible enjoying living together. We are not biased, male or female we don't mind. We have 2 students and 1 professional living here at the moment, we had 2 other professionals before only for maturity reasons, but we're not fussy. 2 people together fine, 2 separate people also fine.
