My name is Sa, I am a student in Manchester. I currently live in a quite large room with my friend at 40 Robert Avenue, M144DA (next to Wolrdwide, Rusholme).
For some personal reasons, We urgently want to transfer the room to another one. The contract is until the end of this June.
I paid the rent for this month, but you dont need to pay it me back if you move in now. The room is large and clean, so you can live with 1 or 2 other guys. The location is very convenient. The rent is 380 pounds/month (about 20p for gas & electricity, so totally around 400p, shared 200p/each person). It is suitable for someone who is looking for a room to share. You can extend the contract after June if you like the house.
