1 lovely single room in house in Rusholme, M14

Hi there!

I'm looking for a 1 month minimum stay lodger for this room starting asap. The accommodation would ideally suit a young professional or mature student or at least someone who respects the needs of the working hours of those in the current household.

There is a good bus route (111) into town/uni and the bus stop at the end of the road (2 min walk).

More about the accommodation:
The room is clean and presentable. It also has a desk, wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. (A swivel chair can also be supplied) The rent for this room is £270 including council tax but excluding other bills. An estimate for broadband, gas, electricity and water is about £35 per month per person.

This house is situated in a cul-de-sac which has the advantage of the quietness of no through traffic and is pretty quiet and peaceful considering being in a noisy city. The existing housemates are also hard-working (not loud) so would really suit someone looking for a quiet place to study.
There is a lounge area with sofas, shared kitchen and bathroom. It also has a lovely yard area with bespoke BBQ/chimenea grass area and patio with fruit trees in pots and a solidly constructed shed that is perfect for storing bicycles and has plenty of storage space. The are very regular bus links into uni's and town just 2 min walk away from the house.

Since purchasing this property I have sought to make the house look nice, update the decor and fittings and make it comfortable and attractive to live in. I would therefore only like to rent to people who also care about the property and particularly the cleanliness of the house.
