The room contains double bed, wardrobe, shelves, and bedside cabinet. Other furniture can be provided on request.
There is a shared living room with sofas and a t. v, and the kitchen has a washing machine, fridge. House has a small garden to the rear.

Rent includes, Council Tax, internet and water bill. The other bills electricity and Gas are separate, and amount to approximately £30-£40 per month. A deposit of £300 is required.
