Room available in postgrad / professional house

Hi

We are two professionals (Geography post doctoral researcher and game developer)and one designn student looking for one more housemate to complete our house. Would probably best suit a postgrad student or professional wanting to share council tax as will be two others to share it with.

We would hope to spend some time socialising together whilst also having our own interests and giving each other space when needed.

A small single room is available upstairs for £260pcm.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops, platt fields park, and 15 mins walk or bus to Manchester university (there is a bus stop very close to the house).

The back alley has recently been turned into a community garden as part of an active project in the area. So the house may appeal to someone who likes gardening / art / recycling / community work etc.

Internet and phoneline and other bills all set up so less to do when moving in. All bills (excluding council tax) come to no more than £40 per month.
