Bedroom is cream and clean. This is next to Bury, Bolton, Prestwich and a 25 minute drive to Manchester.

Anybody who works in Manchester city centre, a great location as my home is a 5 minute walk from the met station.

I work all the time so rarely there, and it is very peaceful. Its a quite little area.

Only extra will be your food. If you want to add sky to your room at another cost we can discuss.

Looking for somebody who works, easy going, mature, clean. If you have a partner, then to be discussed about them staying. I would be happy if you went to there house.

Car park space available. No references needed. Deposit required equals 1 months rent (this will then be kept if you decide to terminate before hand) aswell as the first month up front. 4 weeks notice (we can discuss further.

As the house is new build and not even 2 years old everything is new! Cream walls and carpets.

The bed will be built before moving in etc.

This is not a party house, and I visit my friends at their home. You can still invite friends round, we ca discuss this if you would like to meet for a chat x
