The rest of the house comprises of a decent sized living room, kitchen, rear yard and bathroom which you will have near exclusive use of.
There is plenty of on-street parking available and has good transport links to Manchester as it is a short walk from the local Metrolink station and Bus Interchange.
Rent is £350 per month and this includes all bills.
