Housemate Wanted! Double Room - Bury/Bolton area

I am looking for a housemate who is a big cat lover!
Do you want to live with some cats!

Short term lets are very welcome. Deposit negotiable.

The rest is irrelevant if you don't like cats, but the rent is lower than what is advertised....

ALL bills are included in the rent. You only need provide you own food, laundry and bathroom stuff.

House is in quiet cul de sac and positioned with good links to BURY, BOLTON and MANCHESTER, motorway not too far away.
BURY is easy to get to and I walk it quite often.

The Metrolink station in Radcliffe is just over ten minutes walk away for commute directly into the heart of Manchester.

The house and room has new central heating, flooring, carpets, been decorated and new double glazing, there are gardens front and back.
There is a television, wardrobe, drawers, and bedside unit in room. There is also a washing machine, sky tv and unlimited wi-fi. Space on the drive to park your car. :)

Shared clean bathroom and kitchen facilities, and own cupboard space.

It is a friendly household, mostly clean and tidy and currently occupied by me and my cats...!
