Room with double bed available in spacious three bed terrace a 5 minute walk from Prestwich metrolink station and Prestwich village.
1 male and 1 female housemate, no smoking in the house but theres a covered area out back for smoking. Deposit and first month rent to be paid on moving in, bills are £150 a month all in, this includes sky, broadband, council tax etc. There is on street parking outside the house an enclosed paved back yard, shared bathroom, living room and dining room.
Both tenants work full time, we're both pretty chilled out and looking for someone in the same situation, musical instruments welcome!
