3 bedroomed semi in quiet leafy area of prestwich. Lovely garden sky tv flat screen tv, washing machine dryer and broadband. I'm looking for a gay guy or girl to share my home with. I'm quite laid back and easy to live with as long as you are considerate and not a crazy loud that would be fabulous. It would be great for it to be a long term let.
Big bathroom with brand new deluxe bath and shower. Large kitchen overlooking a large garden which is great for sunbathing. Parking at the front of property. Minutes from Metrolink stop and 135 bus 2 mins walk to Heaton park. Lovely quiet street and fab neighbourhood.
Bills included just get your own food. If you are super lucky and nice to live with I may make you enchiladas once or twice!
I'm not looking for a party animal and only overnight guests if I have met them don't want strangers in my house!
But this will be your home too so I do want you to be comfortable. I am tidy and quite a laid back bubbly person it would be great to find a chilled housemate who could I watch reality tv with over a Kir Royale! As I am a live in lodger I hope it gives you a sense of relief that your surroundings will be nice and clean and homely! I work during the week so I'm in my room most of the time. Double room single bed.
The room is available for September but maybe available in Aug, so please ask.
