Double room available Prestwich

Hi there I have a decent size double room to rent 11x12. Recently inherited the house so it's my own property. Would just be nice to have someone else in it as well. So looking for someone who will be sociable and not just use it as a room basically.

I'm a mature student. I'm fairly tidy, sociable. Open to most people moving in, pretty easy going and laid back. Pretty much get on with everyone. Like a drink, but I don't go out constantly, just the weekend. Keep the house relatively clean and tidy. I'm basically pretty easy to live with.

House has good broad band, washing machine, dish washer, tumble drier. Space on the drive for a car.

Decent sized plasma tv in the lounge with surround sound etc.

I'm ok with animals, except cats which I am allergic to unfortunately. I already have a dog, she's a collie and is great with other dogs etc.

Have a large garden in the back.

The room itself is furnished. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk etc in there.
