Really characterful room, in eaves of flat, good storage space. Very close to 86 bus route and Upper Chorlton Rd. Close to Chorlton and Hulme. Vegetarian, non smoker and cat lover preferred. I live here with my 13 year old son but we live elsewhere during the week. Week day only lets also considered. You would have the flat to yourself much of the time. Part of the deal is that you would look after my (low maintenance) cat during the week. Easy going, relatively clean, tidy and trustworthy person required. I am a mental health professional. This would suit a postgrad or a professional who wants easy access to city centre/university/chorlton etc. Rent includes all bills.
