Double room available immediately in old Trafford to let in family home.

Great transport links into Manchester, Media city and City centre. Walking distance from bars in Whalley range and Chorlton. Parking is available.

Local facilities are great-lots of small grocers and Tesco metro 5 minute walk. Larger supermarkets a short drive.

We are quiet during the week, heads down getting through til Friday but we are friendly and sometimes have friends round. However, since we had the boy this is early evening and not as frequent!

The room is really sunny with a very comfy bed! And the house is a good condition, recently modernised to open plan. We also have a nice garden which also gets lots of sun in summer. We have gas central heating and a log burner.

We are veggies, we don’t request that you are but would prefer someone who isn’t cooking a lot of meat in the house.

We would also prefer a female lodger.

We are happy to have 7 day, Monday - Friday or short term lets

The room is £750, all bills included for a 7 day let.
