I have fibre optic broadband installed which has recently been enhanced.

My home has ample space for car parking and a wonderful garden.

The house is approximately 5 mins walk from Trafford Bar tram station and close to Chester Road and Kings Road and Seymour Grove bus routes.

It is also close to the amenities in Chorlton - 15 mins walk away.

There are several local shops, supermarket and a park just across the road.

In terms of the person I am looking for they should be clean, quiet, pleasant, friendly and homely.

I think the house would be ideal for a student or a young professional.

As there are excellent transport links to the University and just about anywhere in Manchester, the rooms will be suitable to a wide variety of people.
