Double room to let in city centre (females preferred)

The flat is in Fresh Building on Chapel Street right next to Spinningfields. It is really the perfect location as it takes just a little more than 5 minutes to get to the Arndale and even less to Deansgate. There is a little tesco, waitrose and sainsbury's nearby and it is also very well connected with many bus routes and Salford Central next door and despite being located centrally, the flat itself is very quiet and peaceful.

There is an open plan kitchen and lounge with two double seated sofas and balcony with excellent views of Manchester city centre. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. The flat gets a lot of natural light with all south facing windows.

The bedroom itself is a good size and has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is quite spacious with a bath/shower and shared between the two of us.

Parking is available in the garage situated in the basement of the building however you would need to contact someone else about this.

Internet is already included in the rent and the only other bills are water and electric (and council tax if you are not a student.)

Me: I am a student finishing my final year of university after taking two years out to travel. I am well mannered, clean, respectful and overall a calm person. I love music, shopping, going for coffee and cake with my friends and eating out.

I am looking for someone who is polite, friendly, mature, clean and respectful. Ideally I would like my flatmate to be a friend too and maybe go for coffee together or sit on the sofa and have a chat :)

I am muslim so I am looking for someone who will respect this and not bring pork, alcohol or boys into the flat.
