Brilliant Northern Quarter flat available to rent!

I was fortunate to have found this place after weeks of searching, it's in a great location, right on the quiet end of the Northern Quarter and a stone’s throw away from Piccadilly train station. The flat itself is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom flat, with a long spacious hallway, good size living room/kitchen and a balcony that's on the quiet side of the building overlooking the canal. The flat is available to move in on the 27th of November and any flatmates would also be put on the tenancy agreement so your deposit is held secure etc (there’s an admin fee to pay for this).

The rent for the flat is £490pcm and although this is already a steal, I’ve been told a utility package is available with the flat covering electricity, water and internet for £70 total (which is much cheaper than most). I am a 23 year old 3rd year PhD student at the University of Manchester, ideally looking for another student (just because of the council tax exemption) however I’m perfectly happy to live with a professional. I like to watch TV/watch films/game/play football on weekdays and occasionally go out on the weekends. I’m looking for a similarly minded sociable and relatively tidy flat mate for the second room in the flat (a gamer would be a bonus!).

I would also like to mention that this is a non-smoking flat.
