Double room with own bathroom near Deansgate
The room is a good sized double and you would have sole use of the (large) main bathroom as my room comes with an en-suite.
There is an open plan living room and kitchen which is well equipped and also comes with a dishwasher.
There is also a decent sized balcony.
The building is the Great Northern Tower and it has a 24hour concierge. There is no parking with the flat.
The location is great with the AMC cinema next door and loads of restaurants about. I think residents also get a discount in the champagne bar next door!
Bills are included however I think there might be some fees to pay to update the contract and deposit to include your name.
A bit about me, I work mon-fri in the centre. I enjoy films and cooking, cinema, netflix binges etc. There is a gym next door but to say I enjoy that might be going a bit far!!
I'm fairly clean and tidy but not obsessive.
I’m looking for someone who would be up for a couple of drinks now and again as well as staying in and watching a film. If this sounds like you, get in touch.
