Hi, I'm looking for a flat share in my current accommodation. My Flatmate is moving out in December and I'm looking for someone to take his room.
The flat is a city centre mill conversion just off Deansgate (Cambridge Street). The room is en-suite. The flat had a decent size living area/ kitchen, as well as sofas and flat screen tv.
The price is 450 excluding bills and council tax. 6 month contract January-July 2015. I'm looking someone to sign a joint tenancy with me. The deposit is 570; this will be returned at the end of the contract by the letting agency.
About me - I'm completing my professional training to be a solicitor (Lpc). I'm a pretty easy/ laid back kind of character. I enjoy chilling out in the week/ gym/ drinking/ watching crap tv....etc! Im clean and tidy and respect communal areas. I'm looking for a similar kind is flatmate; hopefully someone who I could have a couple of drinks and a laugh with.
