Hi,
Double room available in a modern flat as I will be leaving Manchester at the beginning of next month. I however will need to find someone to replace me on my lease agreement. It will have about 2 months left on it with possibility of extension if you like the flat and the landlord likes you too.. I have a large double room available starting November 2014. The flat is located on the 6th floor with a nice view.
This is a central location with Spinningfields and Deansgate about 7mins walk away and the arndale centre about 12mins walk.
