Double Room in Royal Mills, Ancoats

Hi folks, my name’s Rob and I’ve got a double room available in my flat in Paragon Mill. My current flatmate has got a new job in Carlisle so is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take his room, ideally someone nice who’s fun to live with!

The flat’s only three years old and was fitted out to a really high spec. You’ll have your own bathroom with bath and shower and there’s a shared living room / kitchen which, being on the corner of the building, gets loads of light, especially in the summer. The room has a king size double storage bed, (plenty of place to store things), a wardrobe, bedside tables, a set of shelves and block-out blinds. There’s also a spare room if you want to invite friends and family to stay.

On other practicalities, Royal Mills has a 24-hour concierge for picking up parcels etc. and there is parking in the adjacent building where there are likely to be spaces available to rent if needed. Piccadilly Station is only 10 minutes walk and the well-known Northern Quarter is only 5 minutes away where there’s always lots going on.

On the area, Ancoats has really boomed in the last two years. There are now a whole host of interesting places to eat and drink within a minute’s walk from the door. My personal favourites are Rudy’s Pizza, Ancoats Coffee and Seven Brothers Brewery. There’s also a local makers market on the first Saturday of every month.
