Hi,
I am giving up my room in this flat as i will be leaving Manchester at the beginning of next year :(.. I however will need to find someone to replace me on my lease agreement. It will have about 8 months left on it with possibility of extension if you like the flat and the landlord likes you too..
I have a lovely bedroom with own bathroom (as flatmate will have an ensuite) available starting January 2015.
This is a central location with Victoria station and printworks about 7 mins walk away and the arndale centre about 10 mins walk.
The prospective tenant will have to go through reference checks as per agency rules and will therefore have to pay admin fees to the agency (bummer i know).
